Character: yellow-gray or light yellow-green fine powder or particle, slightly with caramel smell, 1 gram of sample can be dissolved in about 10 mL of water under slightly heated conditions. Almost insoluble in alcohol.
Performance and use: mainly used as nutrition and dietary additives.
(1) This product is one of the main components of hemoglobin, myoglobin, cell chromatin and some enzymes;
(2) This product is used for iron deficiency anemia. It has the characteristics of no stimulation to the stomach and is a good food fortifier.
