Water ethylene glycol flame retardant hydraulic fluid is a hydraulic medium with flame retardant properties, formulated with various specialized additives such as water, ethylene glycol, lubricants, gas-liquid phase rust inhibitors, and defoamers. The suitable viscosity, good lubrication characteristics, high viscosity index, and good chemical stability, which are similar to mineral oil, make water ethylene glycol flame resistant hydraulic widely used in industrial fields such as metallurgy, machinery, mining, and ships.
The non ignition point, non flash point, and hot manifold flame resistance test (704 ºC) do not burn, so using JZ601 on equipment close to high temperatures or open flames, as well as equipment with high pressure and hydraulic discharge that can cause fires, can completely avoid the occurrence of fire accidents.
2. Excellent cold resistance
Containing a large amount of ethylene glycol (an excellent pour point depressant), the freezing point (-40 ºC) is extremely low. In general cold environments (>-20 ºC), the equipment can be started as usual without heating the hydraulic medium. If the ambient temperature is too low and the viscosity of JZ601 is too high to start the equipment, JZ601 can be preheated before starting. Even if it freezes due to low temperature, the performance of JZ601 remains unchanged after heating and melting.

Containing the latest extreme pressure anti-wear agents internationally, it can effectively reduce the wear and load-bearing capacity of hydraulic equipment, fully meeting the requirements of various hydraulic equipment with working pressures ranging from low to high.

Containing high-performance gas-phase rust inhibitor, not only will the metal materials soaked in JZ601 in the oil tank and pipeline of hydraulic equipment not rust, but also the parts that are not soaked will not rust.
5. Excellent anti foaming properties
It contains high-quality defoamer, which can inhibit the generation of foam and make the generated foam disappear quickly. Therefore, there is little foam during use, which ensures the stability and normal operation of hydraulic equipment.
6. Extremely long service life
Due to the use of high-quality imported raw materials, it has good shear stability, oxidation resistance, and anti-corrosion properties. Long term use or storage will not cause delamination, precipitation, or spoilage. Even in high-voltage equipment, it can be used normally for more than 10 years.
